Well that's how things likely were done before the 1970s lawsuit. They likely concluded it was racist/sexist to hold everyone to the same standard, even though they have to do the same job. Should make you feel good when your partner/co-worker is 30-40% less capable than you. It just means that you get to be the bad arse hero because they can always count on you to get them out of a bad situation, and then you can be the victim when they can't return the favor. It's great all around.

I’ve used SJO when business/pleasure on the south end, never been through OAK but heard it’s OK (better than one would expect of something affiliated with Oakland).

Oaklands airport’s restaurant staff will make you feel like you never left the south. It’s that kind of home comforts i like when i am traveling
