This is why they have white guilt and project racism onto others.
They believe everyone else that’s white has the same deep rooted stereotypes/prejudices as them. We don’t.
From what I can tell white liberals ignore the real problems in minority communities and patronize them as not being able to do any better, and treat them as such by trying to help them.
Conservatives believe they can do better and treat them more equally as a human being but don’t hold back in speaking out about real issues such as crime, single parent homes, and unemployment.
They believe everyone else that’s white has the same deep rooted stereotypes/prejudices as them. We don’t.

This study supports what I see often. I have a lot of progressive people with whom I am close and I would describe most of them as benevolently racist. They aren’t malicious in any manner but coddle and patronize minorities over which the hold authority. They create a separate, lower standard for these minorities instead of holding them at the same accountability level to which they hold everyone else.

They don't realize that claiming that type of stuff as being racist, is racist in and of itself. If all people are capable of doing the same thing, yet these things are racist/discriminatory, then it directly implies they think certain people are too stupid to accomplish things.

What a bullshite study.
This is a matter of cultural and regional dialects, regardless of color, gender, etc.
I'm from Chicago originally. When I go up North to see family, I tend to lose whatever Southern accent I have. When I'm in South Georgia visiting my wife's family, I tend to speak with an exaggerated drawl. At work, I deal with people all over the country on a daily basis and I definitely, consciously change my speech patterns to adhere to the dialect of the person I'm working with as much as possible.
We're chameleons by nature.
This is a matter of cultural and regional dialects, regardless of color, gender, etc.
