I’m at a point in life to try and avoid any altercation like that. But, reading some of these posts is baffling. If some guy was running his mouth line that, you tried to play cool, then as you bend down to pick something up you dropped and he kicks it, at some point, even the best of us are gonna say we’ve had enough. Black dude could have done much more damage, he was being kind in my opinion.

Problem is, most people think of themselves as the wrong people to mess with.

Here’s the thing

Calling a person names is not illegal. Beating the shite out of someone is illegal.

The fact that the word was used does not give that dude the right to assault him like that.

The white guy could sue him for damages as a result of assault and battery and he’d win.
