My history teacher from 10th through 12th grade. Each year he moved up with us doing a new subject. Super gifted and made nothing but A pluses. I was awful at math (still in the gifted class for that), but I had the highest marks in his history classes.

I was exempt from some exams, and this guy owed me a Benjamin after either borrowing it or losing a bet to me, or something like that, so I waited for him even though I didn't have to be at school that day. My teacher sees me and asks me to help grade his exams with him since he knew I knew all the answers anyway and had an extra key regardless. It was fun grading some of my fellow students paper and openly mocking them. I remember one of the dumbest answers to the question "Who was the German Chancellor from 1934 to 1945" and he put down Richard Nixon.

Patout at CHS. She taught calculus and was one of the best teachers I had regardless of level (HS, Bachelors, or Masters).

Patout was a great teacher. Stephenson was the one I liked the most.

Watching him flip out and go into drill sergeant mode was always entertaining.

Yep... my favorite was him messing with the lone sophomore in a class full of juniors the whole year like he was from a different era.

My kids respect their former history teacher Mr Beatty ( sp ?) at Sherwood Middle Magnet who was never politically correct and who Told them the truth even if they didn’t like it . I am very grateful that he hit them with the Truth Stick. I know he is struggling with health issues - sending our family respect his way .

Had a teacher like that in HS... She always wore black tops to hide them, but when she wrote on the chalk board, yeah I was in HS when they still used chalk, the front of her tits always had white marks on them... Like an areola on the outside...

You would look up from your desk doing work and see a line of like 8 dudes at the pencil sharpener all staring back at someone’s desk. Look over to the desk and see her leaning over his shoulder helping him with his work. Then you’d inevitably get up and join the line her class was so awesome

We had a history teacher who's nips were always ready to play. She'd always know when the turkey was done when 30 dudes would be staring, then the jacket went on

My favorite teacher I ever had was my 7th grade Science teacher, Mr. Rufus Spruel.

Anyone that went to school in Plaquemine knows who he is, he was there a long time.

Brother Barry was great for Civics as well.
Stephenson was such a character. He would freak out and sometimes I didn't know if he was still joking around or actually pissed

All the guys hitting on Betzube (?) for Biology and Lato (forget her now married name) in Algebra II.

Nostalgia running deep in this thread.

Didn't care for any of them except for a couple coaches that always kept it interesting in class.

Rob Wahl was the man. Absolute genius and I have no idea what he was doing teaching at a highschool.

Dave Storm was the reason I passed chem at LSU though.

I had a long line of shitty teachers, and one really good teacher. So I guess the really good teacher was my favorite.
