All I see is someone expressing their first amendment rights.
There is no direct threat to them. He is basically warning them not to trespass.
Does he have to a support their choice to be gay? No he doesn’t. Is he an a-hole of a neighbor? Probably because smoke smell inside sucks.
It’s not enough that they gays can break their lease over though so clearly it’s not much.

I’m glad I live in a neighborhood where all of my neighbors have their American flags out and it’s no problem.
Many folks (including myself, if I stop being lazy and hang it up) even have the matching red/white/blue banners up too.
