All of the big cities suck. If you have to choose one, Callas/FtWorth is probably the best. The surrounding communities can be pretty nice; Coppell, Grapevine, Celina.
I really prefer the smaller communities like Brownwood, but the hill country has a lot to offer if you can work from home.

I wouldn't be mad living in Park Cities (Dallas) or The Woodlands (Houston)

Having spent most of my life is swla, can't say I'll ever get used to how hot and dry it is here in Tx.
And for the record fort worth is my favorite city followed by fort Davis / alpine.

You have to work or live in Houston to understand. It’s a black whole that sucks people in. People obviously exaggerate just like they do about anything.
The thing I don’t understand is why people LOVE Houston. Im talking about the die hards who have the hideous Texans/Astros/rockets mashup logo decal on their vehicle and the ones that rep Houston hard.

I wonder the same thing about Dallas? You pay an arm in a leg to have the worst skyline, worse weather, the most overrated NFL team in history, shrub trees, and no HEB GTFO lol
