All of the cell providers suck! I’m in a place out in West TX right now where only AT&T has service. No other provider works. This is a popular vacation destination with lots of people, which is all the more frustrating.

I have had luck addressing difficult issues with AT&T and T-Mobile by filing a BBB complaint.
For both carriers, within 24 hours of filing, I had someone from the Executive VP office call me. Maybe they were… maybe they weren’t… but they sure had power to negotiate down to penny’s on the dollar i...

Got an e-mail from my lawn guy this morning informing me of a 15% increase in his monthly bill due to the rising costs of fuel and service costs. Bummer.
He also just bought a brand new F-350 Platinum and paint matched trailer.
