look how small the opening is, I think that slows it down enough to keep it to a dribble, theres too many other openings to keep the pressure from building up.

there won't be a waterfall type effect to where 2 even gets any at all. It will run down the tube next to 3 and fill 3 up.

either 2 or 3 but it probably depends on the rate of flow? If it's very slow the liquid will likely run down the outside of the tube to cup 3. If it's fast it will waterfall off the bend but I'm not sure if it would actually fall into cup 2 or not. The viscosity of the liquid seems like it would affect 2 or 3 but if it's actual tea that wouldn't affect things in this case.

OP laughed himself to sleep by now. Can't be answered without knowing the angle of pipe 3 and the pressure built by the time it gets to the break above it. Viscosity is that of water since it's presumed to be tea, but not knowing the angle & pressure impossible to know if it will fall into 2 or dribble into 3 without duplicating in real life. Also would need to know the scale.
If rate of pour was quick the main tube would fill up and even 7 & 1 would get a little action. But yea it's fricking stupid.

none of the tubes are open all the way to the cups. tubs will fill up then coffee will run dont the outside of the tubes, which leaves 7 & 1. 1 angles back so most of the fluid will drip straight down missing the cup. cup 7 will run down and most will go in the cup

I say 1 because it will start to fill before the overflow occurs, making it beat 2.

Well based on this scale it looks like the teapot has enough liquid. Main tube, tube 6, and half of tube 1 plus the cup.
