The whole swingers trailer park is not real..........a good friend of mine has a band that played at a camp there last week end. Someone in the thread on FB asked him about it and this was his response....(some names omitted for privacy)

"The party was for ###### at his camp. That stuff on the news about that was a big prank they are always pranking each other but that one (rumor prank) got out of hand apparently. I was instructed not to mention anything about that on Mic. I didn't know those peeps much until last night but they are a blast haha! We had a great time............

First exposure to the swinging lifestyle was as a kid when there was a group of people on Harrow Drive in northeast Jackson, MS who all got divorced because of the aftermath of the swinging. At the time I just knew of the divorces, not the reasons. Knowing the reasons blows up my comforting view of childhood.

It just never ends well. People get in their feelings inevitably, and chaos ensues. My experience was only four months and we weren’t married, but that’s what I saw. Our relationship and one marriage ended. A third marriage survived, but is on life support. Just my two cents.
