Meh, always have a plan. Look towards the future and all that.

Poasibly... we were talking about an empty property in Nola that has a ton of history... there was a thread on here about it but pretty much the only thing on the place per google... so I'm hoping she just googled the place and found the OT that way. well these dudes are all recommending the highest price per sq ft places in the city
A young professional can be some kid fresh out of college working at enterprise rent a car. The answer to the question can go a bunch of ways depending on many variables
