I fit this description, and I have live in the CBD. Love it down here. Don't regret it at all. There is always something to do, and you can walk pretty much anywhere.

I've been living in the CBD for 8 years and in the quarter for a year before that. Just moved back uptown Irish channel last year.

I'm on Mag between Washington and Napoleon at one point daily, and if be hard pressed to think there is more pussy any where else in the city except for the CBD during business hours.

I haven't even been slaying in my hood to be honest. Girl I smashed last night lives above jimmy johns on poydras. Other chick lives at the mill. Young chick from nye lives all the way over there by Ye Old College Inn. But there is a gang of 4 smoke shows that just moved into a new build on my block. I've spoken to the one with a dog a few times and I'm about to go hard at them.
