Never trust any “cajun” restaurant that has to use the word “cajun” in front of cajun dishes.

No coonass worth his salt makes “cajun gumbo” or “cajun jamabalaya”.

used to be a great Cajun food place in Rakvere, Estonia - no sign and way off the beaten path. The food was excellent.

There's a boiled crawfish joint in DC, near the zoo. Seemed way out of place to me.

Tried one in Winter Park Colorado, Jambalaya in single digit weather sounded good and surprisingly it wasn't half bad.

I was in Denver once and their “Cajun” burger was spelled “Kagen”
