An excuse to walk around the neighborhood with the kids boozing and begging for candy. You don't get to do that often, so pretty good. No christmas but better than Thanksgiving.

As a kid it one of my favorites because of the free candy. In college it was one of my favorites because it was fairly easy to get laid on slutty costume night. After college, as I got older I really did not care for it any longer. Now as a father of two young girls I enjoy seeing their faces on Halloween night.

We grew up with Halloween being a big deal at my house...decorated etc. Still do quite a bit as an adult, though I only put up decorations the day of and get them all down that night.
