where do all the homeless people find markers for their signs?

They are often found in the single, discarded shoes on road sides.

They're not poor. My Nextdoor App group launched an all out war against one guy in our area because a local bank teller posted a pic of him depositing $3200 cash into a checking & savings account. He disappeared for a while but sure enough he was back out there last week and the local vigilantes ran him off again.

I've often wanted to open an arts and crafts store for homeless people. Basically fill up on supplies at an elementary school at the end of the school year just taking leftovers. Then set up shop next to a coin star machine.

I'm convinced these guys are organized. They meet and discuss what's works and doesn't.
Sometimes they write, I'm a Vet.....next week its $0.50 please.
They know what works best in what area and they share ideas.
It's very corporate. I wouldn't be surprised if they have pimps that own certain corners that run it like a criminal syndicate.

I always give them packs of ketchup. That way if they get that food they are looking for they already have the condiments.
