Lived in Hermosa Beach for 2 years. My first condo was $4500 per month then I found one for $3K per month. I miss being a block off of the beach but don't miss the cost.

3K is a steal for South Bay

It was furnished as well. I got really lucky and jumped on it when I found. It was a half a block off of the sand too which made it even better and more of a deal.
