Lived in Hermosa Beach for 2 years. My first condo was $4500 per month then I found one for $3K per month. I miss being a block off of the beach but don't miss the cost.

I saw a bunch of rentals under $2500/month in San Fran. I'd love to know what those look like.

It was furnished as well. I got really lucky and jumped on it when I found. It was a half a block off of the sand too which made it even better and more of a deal.

So I had some fun with the site and apparently theres a place in the 90210 that's $900 a month. Bet it's the size of a small closet
