The beach is the only place worth LA rents, IMHO. I can leave my garage and go biking 20+ miles of dedicated paths or go hiking several miles to see a wide array of birds. When I buy, I’ll be leaving LA county and their whacked out politics for Ventura. Just waiting for the bubble to burst.
