Actually, it appears that you, in fact, are the one now.
Also, I'd like to see more video to tell if he picked the fight with the older black dude or if something happened before the video started. But the older black dude said several times basically "nobody is messing with you." So dude in red seems like he was looking for a fight.

Anytime there is a situation with fake guns and an officer involved, it amazes me when people want to go all against the officer.
When i was little, would you mistake a fake gun for a real one, maybe, at night but they were extremely obviously fake even from a distance.
Now, the replicas look identical to the real one. And personally, i wouldn’t expect a person to try and make sure they could see if replica was written on the side. That’s how you get shot

Idk. He had the gun but didn't punt it at anyone yet.
Then the other guy wasn't threatened and he just started unloading after the guy was leaving.
Don't see how it's a good shoot.
Didn't identity himself or ask the guy to disarm.

Yeah the fact that he shot when dude was running away is a no-no, no arguments here. But I have absolutely zero qualms whatsoever with shooting the shite out of a dude who is BRANDISHING A GUN IN PUBLIC clearly looking for a fight. Couldn't care less that it wasn't directly pointed at anyone; the second that gun comes out of the waistband he is posing an immediate threat to anyone aroudn him.

As a retired peace officer I would have shot him as well.
That was a legal shoot no matter who wants to twist it anyway they can.
