When staying at a Hotel, do you put a layer of TP on the seat or go in raw?

I don’t stay at the type of hotel that needs toilet paper on seat.

This could be a spin off, but do you travel with wet wipes?
Wet wipes are a must. I've even used alcohol wipes for my glasses before when I didn't have wet wipes on me.

I used to have an issue with using their blankets (even good ones) and would travel with my own blanket.

What kind of hotels are you staying at? Why would I think they are cleaning the sheets but not think they are cleaning the toilet?

Because they don't.
They pick up and spot clean, but they don't scrub the toilets after each guest.

You could just bring Clorox wipes with you and make sure the seat is good.
