No such thing. If you’re not at the pool or on the beach, you shouldn’t be wearing flip flops.

Yes, I left my 13s near the pile of others and didn’t feel someone would get them.

I feel like this is a Gulf of Mexico thing. In Neely 3 years, I’ve never seen anyone leave a pair of flip flops at the boardwalk/seawall in Fort Lauderdale.

It’s trashy to leave them laying around, no one wants to see that shite.

What kind of flip flops are y’all buying? I’ve never bought a pair more than $40.

It's not really the price. Mine were only $50 but the inconvenience of having to go to the room barefoot and also to drive somewhere and buy another pair means I'd rather spend the extra 3 seconds washing them off.

I am not that big of an arse, but I think it would be hilarious to mix every pair up. Then sit back at your spot on the beach, drink beer, and watch people lose their mind trying to match them up.

I always use that as an opportunity to trade up. Wear cheapos down, come back up with some new kicks.

I got some made out of seadek last time. I really like them. I will not be leaving them down there for some crack head to make off with.

Just 2 million tires dumped in the water to make “reefs” and contaminate the sea life. Not trashy at all.

I leave mine. If someone wants to steal them they must really need some flops.

Also…. frick the beach.

I'm not that big of a fan either. Heat and sand are two of my least favorite things and the beach is just a combination of those.

I’m confused by this. How are they getting sandy if you take them off and carry them and set them near where you’re sitting, or on a towel? It’s not like you bury them when you get to your spot. I actually use mine to help weigh down the towel or beach blanket so the wind doesn’t blow it.

Yes because when you walk, sand flies up your back from the flip flops

I always leave them there. If anyone wants to steal someone’s crusty old flip flops, have at it.

I do, and it resulted in an upgrade for me.

I left my Olukai sandals on the boardwalk, and when we left to head back in, mine were gone but I found a pair that matched mine (size, color, everything) except mine were old and ratty and these were nearly new.

So, thank you to whoever took my crappy sandals and left me some new ones.

I wear my mowing New Balances with mid calf socks. Flip flops are for children.

there are a million shops nearby at the beach to buy another pair at if you have to
