Epiphany. Any earlier is trashy.

Leave them up year round.

Well, our tree has been dead since December 7th and we haven't turned the lights on in over a week due to the fire hazard, so probably tonight.

They stay all 12 days.

Usually around the 29-30th.

Probably today or tomorrow. The tree is usually pretty dried out by then.

Unplug the outdoor lights Jan 31st and call it good. Don’t want the lights tangling up in the box

Epiphany. Jan 6.
Today is officially the Second day of Christmas. The 12 days start on Christmas Day and run through the Epiphany.
Unless you are just a pagan and celebrate the commercialism of Christmas. Then, by all means take it down today and move on.

Outside decorations will be down by this weekend. Tree will stay until the Epiphany.

If the roof is dry enough on Saturday I'll get the lights down then. If not, they'll be up until the next dry weekend

My mother did this with the tree one year when I was in high school. It got decorated for every holiday.
But it made mom happy, and my dad was a smart man.
