When I was 30. I worked my way up in pharma sales. Also lost it all due to mental health and addiction though.

First year out of dental school. I was 28. That was in 2006 I think. I’m honestly not sure what I make individually now or what me and my wife (orthodontist) make combined. 1.5-2.0M I would guess. A lot for someone who grew up in a household that probably didn’t make $30k a year.

Are you the guy that comes in for like 9 seconds to glance at an x-ray, kick the tires and say "all good" after some semi-attractive female has done all of the real work?

I was a general dentist for one year. I then went a did a 4 year residency to become an oral surgeon. So I mainly pull teeth and place implants these days.

It was a joke, I had a friend who specialized in root canals.

Same, did 10 years on active duty with the Army. GI Bill, debt free, and 6 figures right away at 31.

Hell, my wife and I combined would probably never hit a six figure salary.
Ya'll should both go get jobs at Costco. After 4 years at just being cashiers ya'll will make over $100k a year together, closer to $120K.
When I was making the most money "I" wasn't making it, my business was... well it wasn't either with all the deductions... but it was there.
