What’s your go to method for putting the bread bag back?

Or other bag similar (apples, bagels, etc)
Anything that comes with a twist tie or a plastic c shaped clip
Do you actually put the tie back on? I would do this more but it always mysteriously goes missing.
Twist and tuck method?
Loop and tie a not?
Just nothing, throw back in fridge and don’t worry about it?

I dont mess with niggly twist ties, clips, clamshells, nor the plastic zipper seals. Groceries that come into our house are cut open and dumped into slider seal plastic bags. For quality of life, the best $3 a month we spend.

First 4-6 slices, twist tie. Rest of the loaf, spin and fold.

yep. after the first 10-15 slices,the twist tie goes missing.

This is correct.
I also suck all the air out of the bag as well. I find it helps the bread last a good bit longer.

Don't eat the first slice, that's the heel, and it helps to preserve the bread longer if you save the front and back slice to eat last, or just throw it out.

Same here and since we're on bread. I bought 2 bees wax bread bags and they work wonders on french bread, a loaf will last 2 weeks and just as fresh as first baked.

I twist it and tie it bread tie.
However, I am the only one in my family that believes in this extreme effort.
They feel its perfectly fine just to toss the bread back into the pantry without regard to its drying out and going prematurely stale

Bread bag gets a tight spin, then the twist tie, and back in the bread box where it belongs. Not in the fridge like a psycho.
