I'd like to transfer my accounting business to my son or daughter, but stay on as an "intern" and farm myself out to a startup winery/brewery at insanely low prices somewhere in Colorado, Washington, or North Carolina. On weekends, I'd like to be within driving distance of one of the bigger trails in America so I can be a trail angel.

Over 300 days of sunshine and about 12" of rain/year.

More beer than you can shake a stick at. Excellent food choices.

Insane amount of outdoor activities year round. If you say you're bored in Central Oregon you aren't trying or you're just a lazy boring person.

A beautiful view everywhere, especially the blondes.

Dude, those monthly visits would be kinda nasty. You would definitely have to acquire a taste.

I have been working and saving for a long time. Made some good decisions and had somethings work out. Tackle business wont have anything to do with this home. And you cant get anything really worth a shite down there for 500K.

First two years: An RV traveling all over North America. Hopefully by the time I retire there will be autonomous driving RV's

After that: Some sleepy town in Georgia, on the river and close to a great golf course.

I really just want to live in a walkable city/town. It doesn't have to be something like NYC, but I just want a community where I can stay active and have the convenience of amenities within walking distance.

I'm still quite a bit away from that, as I don't have kids yet and I'm only 30.

Any damn where. I just want to retire. I’m about 10-15 years out. Get me there financially and I will blossom wherever I’m planted. But somewhere with some good fishing spots and a good supply of greenery works for me.

You are like future me haha. I would like a nice open place in Wyoming with the closest neighbor at least a mile away. Clean air, peace and quiet. The wife doesn't see it that way. She's a city girl though.

It depends really. I would obviously like to be on a white sands blue beach somewhere, but I would more than happy to stay in Louisiana, in a nicer area, with access to fishing and hunting and LSU Football!

Somewhere outside the US since I don't wanna blow all my retirement on healthcare. Don't wanna work until I'm 70 so I'm getting the hell outta here as soon as I can.
