Moving to my grandpas old land in the mountains above Etna, CA. Small town in the very northern part of the state. I'd move tomorrow if I didn't have kids.

I just want a nice camp with a nice boat and plenty of time to use it.

Chase the fish M-Thu and stay home on the weekends.

I'd be fine living 20-30 minutes outside of a 20-50k town with a few restaurants, doctors and a hospital.
