Enjoy every family moment, especially with your precious wife, that you can.
Enjoy the rich blessing of good health.

Live and love every minute.

I suggest finding simple, inexpensive, social hobbies because you never know who you'll meet.

I think this is great advice.

My other is stay active and eat better. At least walk and don't eat like shite.

The closest thing I had to a mid-life crisis was an Ironman. There are worse things.

I suggest if you have a spot for it, getting a project car. You can get a 20-30 year old car that isn’t covered with rust for less than 5k. YouTube is your friend. It’s really not super skilled stuff. Lots of it is just patience and experience.

Marry someone you can completely open with, hit the gym, and calm the frick down. I'm 2 for 3, still anxious and road rage like a mofo.

Plan for the future, but enjoy the moment. Reward yourself from time to time. It's great to have a big nest egg, but I've seen too many men in their 40s and 50s drop dead from a variety of things. (Cancer, car wrecks, homicide, etc.)

You've always wanted to go to Hawaii? Plan a trip. Actually follow through on it. Go. Enjoy the trip.

Kid's always asking to go skiing? Take them. It'll make you happy that you're making them happy and you're building a good memory.

Don't wait until you're retired before you allow yourself to live. You might not make it that far, and/or you might not feel like it when you do.

Best advice I can give is not so much about things to do but rather embracing a new mindset.

Embrace this new phase / chapter of your life in a positive way. Release certain things you are unable to do anymore and encourage yourself to enjoy the respect and deference a few greys around the temple will bring.

You will find yourself saying much of the same things you always did but now people will tend to listen

Dress your age. Comfortable shoes are important. Get rid of ball caps and explore other types of hats men wear.

Just wrap your mind around where you are in life and feel good about it.

I strongly suggest checking out a local F3 group. It's a free workout community of similarly aged men, and they meet up in local parks and recess areas. It's a great way to not only get in shape, but also to network and kill male loneliness.

Been involved for close to 6 years, and it's the best thing I've ever done for not only myself, but for my family as a whole.

Most of you won’t have the discipline for this, but going to bed consistently by 8:30pm and lifting heavy in the gym 7 days a week will change your world.

Discipline doesn’t care if your friends want to go out late for drinks, discipline doesn’t care if your tired one day, disciple doesn’t care…

Told to me when I was younger, "Boy, once you turn 40 never walk past a bathroom."

Best advice I ever received.
