Drug abuse, alcohol abuse, plenty of sex - not love, and pretending to be sexy on film is probably not a recipe for a happy life. These performers are nothing like the personas they pretend to be. So sad.

Most of them are broken young girls to begin with that come from either broken homes or an abusive past. Add that with doing something as immoral and dirty as porn and it leads to an empty life full of drugs and abuse, surrounded by shitty people. It leads to a high rate of suicide and accidental overdose did to mental or emotional pain.
I honestly feel bad for them but you can't really do much to fix them. They are so broken if a decent guy came along and tried to give them a better life and loving home they'd run from him. Sad because many are gorgeous young women who could have done something better with their life.
