I am well passed the video game stage in my journey. My daughter called looking for help finding one for her son’s birthday last week. There were none to be found in DFW. So with all the confidence in the world, with a nationwide network of friends, I really don’t think should be a problem. Wrong!

Found a few on amazon at $150+ over the $299 retail and they did not last a day! It is obviously what the kids want & parent & kids are stuck at home; I get it. Is it really that good? Maybe I should reconsider video games for a senior’s last time,

Better question why are you a week late on trying to find your grandson a birthday present?

I'm not trying to be an arse, but I've seen better grammar and spelling from scam emails.

Sorry to hear that. It's never too late to sit on the floor and play games with your kids.

Nintendo hasn't been able to manufacture them because if supply shortages from China, and rumor has it they yanked them off the shelves in Japan. So a Switch is in high demand with shutdowns and quarantines but in short supply.

If you wanted a more serious answer earlier or from more posters you should've posted this on the Gaming board.

Animal Crossing release + corona shortages on everything = no switches. Good luck.

Its a really good system imo I mostly use mine docked but being able to take home console games on the go is cool. There’s after market stuff like a pro controller and a bigger memory card that is almost necessary and adds at least another 100$+ to the price though.

Anyone who uses the term soy boy is guaranteed to have truck nuts and work on an oil rig
