So here’s a funny story when I was living in Fayetteville. I was sitting at a bar where this woman in probably her early 30s was sitting there clearly depressed. She said she was sad because her Mee Maw just died. My grandmother had also died earlier that year where I proposed a toast since at least our grandmothers died at a ripe old age. She told me that wasn’t the case since her grandmother died at the age of 57.

I nearly spit out my drink and ask her how is that possible. She told me that her grandmother gave birth to her mother when she was 12 and her mother gave birth to her when she was 13. I’d had some drinks and then drunkenly splirt out “Well thats fricked up.” She then got pissed and said that’s how everyone did it back in the day to which I respond “Yeah, the days of Jesus.” She then gets pissed, insults me a bit, and storms out with the remaining 12 teeth she has.

The oldest living childless woman I know is 90. Earlier this year the oldest childless person I knew was 106, but he has since passed on.

The youngest grandparent I've known was 28, and one of the most stunningly beautiful women I have ever seen. She got pregnant at 13. Her boyfriend tried and failed to commit suicide. At 16 she was signed to be a fashion model in Paris, Milan, etc., but the offer was rescinded when the agency learned she was a mother and would be leaving her two-year-old behind. I met her when she was 25 and was interested until I learned she had three children by different fathers. When she married at 27 to a very handsome man I photographed their wedding. Could not have hired any models for better wedding photos. Most beautiful bride ever. Her then 14-year-old was her maid of honor and pregnant at the time.

I also knew a young woman who got pregnant at 11 and was a mother shortly after 12. Her boyfriend was 17 and went to prison for five years, after which upon his release she married him. I know it's wrong but he could have been a father to his child for the first five years instead of being incarcerated. Wonder sometimes what was best in that situation.

The one I know definitely wasn’t hot as shite. But she was attractive and had massive tits. So that raised her score a bit.

My MIL had my SIL at 16 and I think she had a kid at 20 so she'd have been a grandmother around 36.

I would have to make an educated guess but I assume my trashy step-uncle was a grandparent in his mid-30s because he had kids young and then one of his daughters had a kid in her early teens.

He was pretty much a poster child for the opening scenes of Idiocracy where people who shouldn’t have kids have tons of them.

Know a woman who must be about late 40's early 50's who is a grandmother and also has a 8 year old kid with no father present. It's a true trailer park fairy tale

Are your great uncles married to each other?

I have an aunt that's 72 and never had kids (never married either). She's a former business owner and is well traveled, the kind of person that knows everyone and their mother. She has a huge house in San Diego, a place in Scottsdale, and another in Steamboat, and always had people living with her; one of my sisters, some of my cousins and some of their friends, her friends children, etc.

There are a lot of people she considers her kids in a non-traditional sense.

On the opposite side of this I dated a girl 20 years ago who’s grandfather fought in the Civil War. She was born in 1973. Her father was in his late 60s and her mother was 40 when she was born. Her grandfather was also in his late 60s when her father was born.

That reminds me, the last living Civil War widow died within the past year or so. I think when was young she was the caretaker for a 90 something Civil War vet, and he married her so she collect his pension or something.

That's a wild fact.

Lady I know had her first daughter at 16, and her first grandchild at 33. Surprisingly, her and all of her children wound up being successful against the odds.
