My grandmother was 33 when she became a grandparent. She had my dad at 16 and my dad had my brother at 17. My grandmother also had her 10th kid at the age of 32, so..yeah.

My wife's aunt is like 68 and she's a great great grandmother

28

Grandchild was born 3 days after its mother’s 13th birthday. Both the 13yo and newborn (grand)baby were the subjects of a CPS case with 28yo grandparent.

ETA: the oldest childless person I know is my dad’s uncle. He’s in his late 70s and has never been married.

Touché

You want to know the really funny part of the whole thing.

My cousin named her son Justin Case, It took my dad to point out the fact that she named her son Just IN Case.

My parents didn't become grandparents until they were 63. I don't think they thought it was going to ever happen.

My aunt became a grandmother when she was 35 or 36. Her and her daughter really bucked the trend though - they're both happily married and contribute to relatively high income households.

2 of my great uncles have no children. Both been married their entire lives. Both in their early 80's.

How is this relevant to anything in your initial question?

That can be legitimate if you get married right after high school.
