Death story:
I am driving to work on the rural feeder road tot he interstate and am about 2 miles from home. I crest a small rise and I see a Ford eExplorer coming to rest against a tree on the tree line. It looked like the drivers side hit a tree and spun around. I pull over and run to the vehicle and get there the same time as a woman who was a nurse. The driver’s face was split from forehead to chest and she was already a purplish gray. Dead on impact I assume.

I wouldn't want that to be the last time my wife saw me.

Driving home on I85 just outside of Auburn and a semi blows a tire out whole that bounces a couple times and takes flight completely over a small sedan a few cars in front of me before hitting another car and going into the ditch.

I was in my apartment at U View near campus. I'm half asleep and I hear noises right behind me laying in bed. I didn't bother looking really. I dont know why. The noises continue in the kitchen, so I get up and open my door and see a bl*ck man trying to hide in a corner, we made eye contact and I said "What the f*ck?" It was dark, so all I could really see were the whites of his eyes bc he was so black. I quickly shut the door and went back in my room looking for anything for protection. All I could find were nails, so I leaned against the door with those in hand. 5 minutes later, I open the door to check and he's gone.
Cops come and I track find my iphone app and see he just crossed the street, hopped over Bogies, and is in a house on Jennifer Jean Dr. Wasn't surprised by the location. Thing is that the find my iphone dot kept bouncing like 20 ft back and forth to where it was in 1 of 3 houses. Cops said they can't do anything about it without a warrant. I'm like you can literally see it right here on the dot. Got my mac book too.

Back at LaTech I saw a guy bounce out of a dumpster after he jumped off the roof of Neilson dorm.
He landed right below my window. We were unaware until an RA came by and said not to look outside. So of course we opened those odd metal blinds and peeped out.
There were emergency vehicles everywhere, and they had a sheet over the dude. We didn't know if he had been shot or what. The coroner arrived and pulled the sheet back a bit. He grabbed the guys arm and moved it, and it was like jello in a tube sock.
Turned out my roommate knew the guy from his Pike frat activities.
As I recall, it was a Monday night, and the guy had watched MNF with some other dudes, then left and got his jump on. Supposedly he had a calendar that showed he was counting down the days to the planned jump.

When I was around 10, my mom and I were stopped waiting for a train to finish passing. There was a guy on foot waiting too. Next thing you know, he walks into the train…parts everywhere. It was awful.

On October 24th of 1992, I was driving on the interstate south from Montgomery, Alabama at about 7:15 in the morning heading to Baton Rouge. There were very few cars on the road.
All the sudden a red Porsche 944 that is going really fast drives down in the center median suddenly and ramps, Dukes of Hazzard style over my side of the interstate right in front of my car and sails off into the woods to my right. When I lost sight of them in the wood line they were still in the air.
I slammed on my brakes and stopped so I could help. They were so close to me I had to back up a ways before I could get to where their car entered the woods. I jumped out of my car and started heading to the wood line and I knew it was going to be bad. I was met with a guy walking out of the woods without any damage that I could tell and he was saying over and over “my brother is going to kill me”. I told him to sit on the hood of my car and I would check on his brother. I just knew the passenger in the car was hurt badly.
I go in the woods and find the car about 3’ off the ground perfectly wedged between two trees that are about 2 feet narrower than the car. While in the air it just traveled perfectly centered between these two trees that caught it in mid air. Amazing… Here’s where it gets ridiculous.
It’s a 944 (the hatchback style Porsche) and the latch on the hatchback had broken and the hatchback has folded forward completely shattering the hatchback glass. This allows me to jump in the back of the car and stand looking down at the passenger through the T top. I look down and say “buddy are you ok?” He said “I’m fine but where is my belt”. I’m thinking this guy is delirious and say “it’s probably on your waist”. He really starts freaking out about his belt and begs me to look for it.
I glance around in the back area of the car and lo and behold, there is the middle weight boxing title belt in the back of the Porsche. The guy seemed like he wasn’t hurt at all. I chatted with him some more and he said he was Randall Yonker (he boxed under the name Kid Galahad) and he was heading to Mike Tyson’s training camp in New Jersey. They had been partying the night before and his brother was driving and feel asleep wrecking his brand new car.
He and his brother were both perfectly fine. The 24th was my first day out of the army and I was heading home. I wished them well and headed south.

My brother was friends of one of the sheriff’s deputies in the county. Sheriffs deputy asked him if he knew of any cemetery that had “something missing”.
Turns out, that night before was a slow night and one of the county deputies was out in the rural part of the county and was going to cut up this little field road to see if he could catch a couple of teens parked or something.
Well he ran up on something. It was an old wooden casket sitting on two sawhorses and one side open. He walked up to the casket, and nothing. It was empty. But it had old dirt on it and had the old, faded, and disintegrating silk stuff inside.
He told us where it was and sure enough. Open casket was still there the next morning. Went to look and there was absolutely nothing inside it not a trace anything had been. Silk pillow was there and everything. But there was old clay dirt on it so it had been in the ground at some point.
They asked the farmer and he said he didn’t know it was there. So it had to have been placed there within the past 3 days of its discovery.
They physically checked every cemetery in the county and nothing had been disturbed. They asked for other counties to check with caretakers in their counties and check to see if anything was disturbed and they never found anything. There was never a single report of anything anywhere missing. Any cemetery too old to have been known couldn’t have contained a casket still in the condition it was in.
I never heard what became of it.

Used to work in a mental hospital so I’ve seen too much weird shite to list.
Also saw a meteor shower one time at the beach when it was pitch black. It was all colors of the rainbow and looked looked like a huge UFO. That was the coolest natural occurring thing I’ve ever seen.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die.

On the funnier side…
Saw some baw jump off cliffs into the guadalupe river in handcuffs (cops were arresting people at the top for trespassing). After plunging 30 feet he wasn’t surfacing and people were panicking, diving down trying to find him. Yelling at the cops etc.
He surfaced like what seemed 5 minutes later, a fair distance away from the cliffs, then got on a tube and floated the rest of the way a couple hours until the get out point…. Where the cops were waiting on him.
