I'd rather swallow a knife than that pisswater you sh*tdicks call beer. Seriously, anything made by the major American breweries is undrinkable. Not to mention the high sulfite count in all Budweiser products gives me a headache. I don't drink an obscene amount of beer, really the only people that have a problem with craft beer, imports, or domestic micro-brews are the potbellied ("I'MA DRINK ME 48 BEERS WITH BILLY BOB ON FRIDAY NIGHT, YEEHAW") arse-hats with larger trucknuts than brains.

I've never tasted piss, so I wouldn't know what to compare it to.
ETA When I said at least I'm not a dick about it, that's the exact kind of response I was thinking of. Congrats.

I agree. These mother effing too cool for school Sam Adams elitists can pound sand on a wet beach.

Recently tried a Double IPA. It was the most disgusting thing I have drank. It took hours to get the bitter taste out my mouth.

I'll drink a good to great beer on occasion and my dad thinks Corona is a fancy beer but I'll be darned if my go to beer for most purposes isn't Bud Light.

I don't like IPAs either. It's what I would imagine rubbing alcohol to taste like.

Water beer used to be great after mowing a lawn or playing softball in 100 degree heat

I've had my share of cheap beer as a kid too. Back then I didn't have the experiences that I have now; trying darker beers and slowly started learning that beer can actually be a decent-tasting drink versus a cheep way to get drunk.
Now when I go back and drink the cheap stuff it just doesn't taste good. The OP argues that people who like spending more on beer are somehow "wrong" for liking better-quality beer. The same logic could be applied to people who buy luxury/fully-loaded automobiles, spend more money on better cuts of steak.
To me he sounds like he either A) drinks too much to be able to afford decent beer or B) hasn't even tried other beers (the consummate Brand-Man).

I would consider the main three (by volume) are Anheuser-Busch Inc., Miller/Coors, and Pabst. I don't like IPAs, the Honkers Ale isn't too bad.

However, ABV has bought many craft beer breweries that many people still consider "it" things. I mean Bourbon County is a Goose Island product but owned by Anheuser-Busch

I hear more than enough commercials on Spotify advertising Sam Adams. Every person in those commercials seem like such a prick beer snob who wouldn't be caught dead drinking a standard Mich Ultra or Bud Lite.
A real beer snob wouldn't be caught dead drinking Sam Adams, let alone bud lite or Michelob.
One of my friends is a beer snob, I kinda get it, but I don't fully. Some people just like the taste of "bitter" more than I do, I guess.
However, you don't have to be a beer snob to know that bud lite tastes like piss.

You are right about the larger corporations owning other decent products, I suppose what I meant would be the "major brands". Like all Budweiser beers, Miller beers, and pretty much all Pabst beers. I just over-generalized there. All of these beverage companies know that people are starting to take interest in better-quality products. They'd be foolish to sit on their sizable capital and not invest in emerging markets with higher profit margins.
