Sounds like you spend a lot of time with a mirror.

I could barely do 1 when I was young. Now that I have old man strength I can do 3.

Maxed at 35, but I was a swimmer and weighed maybe 165.

I could maybe do one right now. Maybe.

I wonder if these numbers are more or less real than OT ACT scores.

I suck at pulls ups. 5-7 is my all time max and that’s what I can do now.

Now I could probably do 15+. Last time I did them was about a year ago and I think I hit 12-13.

Try it and get back to us. I bet you don't.

But the grip required for pull-ups is a bitch.
I do chin ups ( maybe 40-50 or more ) several days a week , but the pull up grip is just too uncomfortable. Not 40-50 in one rep . Sets of 5 to 10 or so each.

25 now and then.

Usually do 3 sets of 12 with 1 minute rest in between.

My max when I was 35 years old was 28. Now, about 10 years later, I’m at 6. It’s not part of my workout at all now so I just tried it. I mostly just run, push ups, and sit ups now.
