Back pains that I'm dealing with right now. I had an MRI done last week and it shows degenerative scoliosis with L2 & L3 mentioned.
I'm not really up to speed what that's going to become.

Off top of my head about a week after my first shoulder surgery I started getting back spasms which would cause me to move in such a way that I was moving my arm that was in the sling. So I was going back and forth from the back pain to the shoulder pain. Worst part was I was out in public when this happened.
It would make a very funny scene in a movie but it hurt so bad.

I entered an arm-wrestlin’ contest in an Okie bar in San Francisco. I can’t extend it all the way anymore. Made it to the semifinals, celebratin’ my third wife’s demise… big Chinese fella pulled me right over the table… knocked me right outta the contest.

Childbirth at 40YO and only child. No drugs at all. Felt like was delivering a watermelon.
Gall bladder was right up there, too.

Woke up from hip replacement surgery. Felt like someone beat me with a baseball bat.

I fell from a few feet up onto a concrete surface and my left knee hit first, pushing my kneecap out of place and shredding a bunch of connective tissue.
In second place, probably acute gallstones with pacreatitis. Morphine did very little to dull it.

I've done a lot of stuff in my life that hurt. As the old saying goes, "If you're gonna be dumb...."
Well, when I was a kid, I, stupidly, shot a bb into my left index finger. It stayed in there for a few days until my finger was the size and color of a cooked bratwurst.
Anyway, when the doc went to cut it out and numbed me up pretty good. He cut open the pad on my finger, put in a pair of forceps and started fishing around. After a moment he said, "Ah, there it is", and clamped the forceps down. On my finger bone! I about passed out. He got the real bb on the second try....

Kidney stones for me as well. Nothing else is even close.
They knocked me out and did surgery to remove the stone, put a stint in.
They went up my pecker with nothing but one lortab taken prior, and dug the damn thing out. I will never ever ever go through that again.

I had a front tooth abscess years ago, I had broken my tooth out and the replacement finally abscessed after 15 years. I was begging the dentist for any shot anywhere he could give it. There is no way I could have lived very long enduring that pain.

It was a knee injury while playing football. Did the same to the other knee last hurricane carrying gas cans on a hummocky lawn. Been able to keep things together with rigorous PT and exercises.

Kidney stone. Strained muscle in the back was pretty close though.
