Surviving LSU's/Saban's concentration summer football camp the summer before my freshmen year in high school. The hardest I've ever had to work. And won "Best Receiver" in my class. And I was 1 of only 2 white boys in my class.

1. Hiking maybe 1/2 mile in Tennessee foothills after re-breaking my back. Every footstep was "holyfrick" painful, uphill/downhill/uphill/downhill.
1a. Hiking 5 hours to a "hospital" in the hot-as-shite Fiji mountains after spending all night vomiting and then dry-heaving followed by several hours of diarrhea throughout the following morning. Not to mention the 5 hours back after laying down for an hour and vomiting up the fluid they gave me. No iv fluids, just a bottle of sugar water than I couldn't hold down. Pointless trip. That was 48 hours of misery.
I didn't accomplish anything either time, except survival.

Walked away from a 10+ G accident with only a few compression fractured vertebrae.
Flipped a 1500lb side by side back over with a broken collarbone and torn pectoral.

Easily, US Army Ranger School.
Nothing else I've ever done is even close...

I know you think this makes you sound tough and cool but frick, even putting that on this list makes you look like a gigantic bloody twat.

Kona Ironman.... the wind and heat are like nothing I've ever experienced.

I never said I was a badass. Just think it’s funny because our family doc told me I’d have crawled out of bed to the appointment and definitely have not been able to lift weights if it was actually strep...it was actually strep.

A mile under 5 mins. This was a year after I began running to stop being obese.
