Last minute trip to the CWS in 2011, stayed at the only place we could find in Council Bluffs.

We joked that it was Stony Brook's team hotel

Yeah a friend of ours stayed there and he showed us the pictures he took of the motel and creepy graveyard. My husband really does want to go stay there for a night. I'm afraid of clowns....not gonna happen.

We spent a night in little bed and breakfast on the Gettysburg battlefield. Supposedly the most haunted place in Amc. Heard some creepy noises, but no sightings.

Having moved often, I've found myself sleeping in our houses when they're entirely empty. Something about it being your house that you've lived in for years but without your stuff seems weird. Especially when there are noises at night.

My most sleepless night was spent on a transatlantic flight about 5 weeks after 9/11. It was between DC and Brussels, and we sat in the rear of the plane. Any time a man went to the bathroom and stayed back there more than about 5 minutes, I woke my husband up to see if we should alert the stewardess. Needless to say, he didn't get much sleep because of me.

Lockport Motel...

My uncle got a few rooms for family when my aunt's funeral service several years ago. Was the most disgusting, skeezy place I've ever had to stay a night.

Not sure if creepy is the right word but definitely the worst.

A hotel in Houston in 1995. The door had been busted in earlier so there was no way to close the door all the way. I closed it as far as it would go, put a chair against it and spent the night staring at the light coming through the 2 inch crack in the door.

stopped at a hotel about 30 min south of Tuscaloosa, lady asked if I wanted the room by the hour or the night. Attached to the bed was one of those vibrator things that requires a quarter. i kicked myself for not taking a picture of it. I slept on top of the covers - dressed.
Cool thing was I met some construction guys that had welded a small bbq pit to the backside of the tailgate - so they were always ready for a grill.

Casey Motel outside of Vidor Texas.

We were going to Astroworld in Houston and broke down on the way and had to just find a place for the night.

We all joked as we walked in the rain to the motel, that this was just like the start of a horror movie.

The room was nasty. We all slept on top of the covers.

When I visited France and went to Mont Saint-Michel we stayed in a small hotel in a outside town of it. The hotel name is Le Montgomery. I went for my senior trip in high school and the hotel has a room that is closed off because its haunted they said and there had been people that had been murdered in that particular room. Well I stayed in the room next to the closed off room for the one night and I heard a few scratches on the walls late at night and some foot steps, but nothing to dramatic.
