I’m kinda leaning towards the money spent to buy my teacup chihuahua for my kids. Brought them a lot of joy.

Bought a 15 year old Lexus LX470 4 years ago. It is indestructible. Just remember...it's all about smiles per gallon...not miles per gallon.

I moved around a lot over the past 10 years because of the demands of my job and my wife's job.

We've finally settled into an area that we intend to be for the rest of our lives.

Best money I ever spent....when moving around, I bought houses instead of rented. I've made a darn good amount of money on every single one of them. It turned out to be vastly, vastly cheaper than renting. Doesn't matter if it's in a stagnant area or a hot area for real estate. I made money on every damn one without even putting a lot of effort into fixing the houses up.

I basically scoff at those articles from a few years ago encouraging millenials to rent instead of buy. In my case, those articles were total horse shite.
