What about an analyzer technician? I’ve considered taking a 6 month trade schools tote class and do this for the next 20 years. It seems like steady, easy, honest way to make a living.

If it is just you a ton of things. If you can pass drug tests and all - you can follow around disasters and work for the clean up efforts. Make a ton of money doing that cause you get tons of overtime and get paid like $30 bucks an hour before overtime in some cases.

By buddy does this, he don't pull up to your driveway for under $250. Most jobs are $4-500 cash mostly for a days work, he only does 1 house a day but says he can can more if he wanted. Not a bad gig and not much overhead.
