And there lies part of our country's modern day problem. Fewer and fewer people seem to value gaining knowledge and understanding of the world around them. Too much show not enough substance. I'm in Europe for the last two weeks, and my girl is visiting every Gucci, Chanel, Hermes, Louis Vuitton store we come across.
The women I see buying 5k purses, all either look like Instagram models, Milena Trump type kept women(great bodies& plastic faces), or are Crazy Rich Asians.
Now, it's probably because the same person wanting to spend 5k handbag is so much into the aesthetic that the customer sample is biased, but somehow these 20 something, arse hanging out their shorts, side boob exposed shoppers sporting no less than 4 carat rings, have room on their Credit cards that they pull out of their Gucci bag to buy their new Chanel purse.

An 18 year old girl shouldn’t need to fix “issues.” Someone will rightfully find her beautiful as is. Moreover, all humans should regularly exercise. Marriage is for the long run. A higher earning husband today can be a disabled or lower earning husband tomorrow. All people can use an option for self-sufficiency. As much as many like to poo poo undergrad degrees, there’s still a lot of opportunity in the right fields (nursing, engineering, teaching, etc.).
