What would you would buy/install if money was not an issue?

I am not talking about Porsche/Ferrari or an island. I am talking about simple things for the home or office.
I would love to have a urinal in my garage. No more going though the house when I gotta pee and I am doing yardwork or car maintenance.

I would seperate myself from the material world and follow fish migrations/spawns, etc. A nice beach shack and mountain cabin. Eat real food. Read. Drink expensive red wine and bourbon.

Find a house that meets my ideal criteria for location, size, and features, and pay cash for it.
No more mortgage notes.
Nice car becomes more affordable. Earlier retirement.
Edit: Actually if money is not an issue at all I'd buy a couple dozen franchise restaurants in high traffic locations. Or a professional sports team in a major market.

A heated toilet seat for cold winter days and nights.
A washer and dryer very close to the master bedroom.
The drawer dishwasher systems (two of them.)
Working roombas in most rooms (and a maid to clean them twice a week.)
Heated towel racks.
The rainforest showers.
and that's just for starters.

Why couldn't you just piss in the backyard bushes? And why are you still changing your own oil or mowing your own yard if money isn't an issue?

I would build a huge man cave / pool house that had enough sports memorabilia in it to make Sports museums jealous with a few kegs on tap

I have a pool, they are more expensive to maintain than you might imagine. I mean we always have a house full of kid over so it's worth it, but it is expensive and a lot of work to keep it up.

My Floorplan goes master bedroom, master bath, master closet, laundry room all in one line.
It's super convenient to have the laundry room next to your closet. The only problem is the laundry room sometimes collects backpacks, etc. and that makes the closet feel more crowded.
