If you think she's capable of getting her shite together and being a good gf, your best bet is probably to use tonight as a cut off, tell her you care for her and wish her luck.
Have y'all been talking and shite lately? If so, turning the tables would be a good start. Make this basically a break up so she knows you're not a fall back for her going forward. Then, go live your life and if she turns it around, you can listen to her pitch then.

The absolute best thing you can do is NOT see her and pretend like your life is awesome & you're doing great. If you act clingy or beg (after she's ended it), it'll be a turn off.
