Work for any construction company for $15/hr minimum as a firewatch until I learned how to weld

If theres some weird set of rules that I have to be homeless, I go the wilderness route. Know how to navigate, hunt, fish, and build shelter. Thatd be about all I'd need.

Probably find me in a year or two absolutely batshit bonkers talking with squirrels. But hey it's better than shitting on the street and sleeping on concrete

No, you wouldn't. You'd be dead inside of ten days.

You'd do better going to the Salvation Army or some homeless shelter.

I'd move to sweden or norway and kill 10 people, sit in jail there for about 3 years while I collected my thoughts

If you decide to do this you should look for some pasture land. There are ponds there that do not have all the chemicals in rivers etc.

Much safer to drink from!

Seriously OP those arent survival skills you just learn on the go. Being in the wild with that kind of attitude is how you die of something stupid like food poisoning or an infected toe nail

Scrape up enough coins to buy a ticket to Tahiti and be homeless there. Live on coconuts and shite.

Like if I lost my house, my job, and my wife all at once? I would see if any friend/family member would spare me a few nights, and take any income making job, whether it be similar to my previous job or a cashier at Walmart. I would then slowly work back towards my career.

Buy a few Life Straws now while you aren't homeless, instead.

Did it for a year, more of a choice. I'd head back to the Keys, best place to be homeless IMO.

Go to a homeless shelter or any of the numerous resources available in most cities.

Get cleaned up.

Get a job.

Stop being homeless.

This is all factoring in that I’m of my normal sound mind and not a schizophrenic or something.

ETA: maybe I’d ride the rails for a few weeks. That always sounded cool in stories.

Make my way out to Venice Beach, blend in with the other freaks and homeless, and chill.

Go to a relative, maybe one of my children. I wouldn't call my dog for help, like some of the folks who chose to feed pets rather than children.
