Big Oil explain how Titan is covered in what we call fossil fuels on earth.

whether there is life on Europa or Enceladus is the greatest open question in science. Because if there is (there’s liquid water on both) then it’s going to be everywhere and we are most definitely not alone

To explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilizations, to boldly go where no one has gone before.

Isn't it a statistical slam dunk at this point?

if all that is required for life is the proper chemistry in liquid water and an energy source, then yes it is pretty much impossible that it’s not common based on what we know now. But we don’t know for sure and we can’t know until we discover it elsewhere. And the only places we have found in our solar system that have what it takes are those two moons. We need to go there

I'm jealous and excited of what my children and grandkids will get to see in their lifetimes. Hopefully mankind doesn't burn it all down before we stretch our legs.

Lander and sample return missions from Mercury, the four large moons of Jupiter, Triton, Titan, etc. A few more landers on Venus utilizing better alloys to where it could maybe survive longer. We’ve sent plenty to Mars let’s expand out. Manned exploration of the Moon and Mars.

I second finding out if there is any life elsewhere in the solar system.

Solar system? Probably not. Galaxy? Most likely. Universe? Mostly definitely.

Earth is be the greatest example of life existing in the universe yet all the retard geniuses on here think that life don't be existing no where in the universe and some even want to point to some primitive books written thousands of years ago by primitives as be they answer for it.

There is no definite without evidence to support it. Statistically, it seems very likely if we assume that it is a simple matter of chemistry. But we also know that it is a very slow process.

They estimate the Universe is almost 14 billion years old. Our planet is estimated to be 4.5 billion years old, single-cell life is thought to have emerged 3.7 billion years ago, multicellular life emerged between 600 & 800 million years ago, and those were things like worms and sponges living on the ocean floor. Life kind of exploded in the Cambrian era (540-541-485 million years ago), and by the end of that period we had most of the animal phyla were established. Hominids showed up about 7 million years ago.

The question isn't really if it could have happened, the questions are did it happen, did it survive long enough to progress to intelligence, where along the process are they, and are they still around.
