I would think nothing would happen, as the message would hopefully come through clearly: you step to this and you getting you head shot off.

In its time and place back then that photo wouldn't be such a big deal. We didn't have as many mass shootings back then.
But, even back then the photo is stupid. Why in the hell do you have young men in their football uniforms with pads and so on sitting on a cop car with guns? I mean who in the hell thought wearing a FB uniform with guns did not look silly. And they have serious looks on their faces like football uniforms and guns and cop cars is somehow a serious setting for a photo like this.
