I'd add...
- If it is a no fault divorce, or if legitimate grounds cannot be proven, all legal fees and court costs for both parties are subtracted from the petitioner's share of the marital estate.
- There is no alimony. Get a damn job!
- Receipts must be submitted to prove child support is actually spent on the children.
- False or unprovable allegations of abuse, adultery, etc., result in a substantial reduction in the accuser's share of assets.
The current legal environment provides too great an incentive for one party to blow up the marriage, with nearly all the costs being borne by the other spouse and children.

No more food stamp purchases for live shrimp and crabs. I would create a grocery store with items only needed to live. Food stamp recipients start shopping there.

All politicians must wear nascar style suit jackets at all times while in office displaying their 10 largest donors.
All voting machines instead of listing political party list the top 5 political donors next to their names.

If I told you now, then you would resist harder/longer than u need. What I would change, at this point in life?
Declare total chaos and the abolition of all government rules and regulations and laws. Force the majority of people to learn consequences and to actually make their own decisions.
No freebies
Also would abolish banking and insurance. Grains of plutonium are currency. Hold it at your own costs (hoarding should prove interesting).

2. Lifetime Sentence For Telemarketers. (See Rule 1.)
3. Mandatory 2yr Military Service for all US Citizens.
4. Mine The Mexican Boarder.
5. Make the Boarder Patrol a new branch of the military and merge with the Coast Guard and call it the US Boarder and Coast Guard.
6. Declare all drug cartels a clear and present danger to the US and us all assets to destroy them.
