I never really did the whole ramen/spaghetti o's/etc. thing. I lived with my parents year 1, then moved in with boyfriend year 2, and then by the time I got my own place I was working enough hours a week to be okay financially. Just switched down to a part time school schedule.

When all I was surviving off of was the GI Bill, Pizza Hut had these really cheap medium pizzas for like $5 dollars. You could only get one topping though.

How long ago was that? That area seems a little sketchy to be hanging out at drive thrus. I have friends that say they lived not far from there in college 20ish yrs ago and it wasn't bad at all...

Own a condo right behind it and lived there in college. Ate from there at least 5 times a week.

I was a cheap SOB in college. Would always get the Gatti's buy 1 buffet get 1 free coupons out of Tiger Weekly. Reveille always seemed to have Jack in the box coupons. I think it was $1 jumbo jacks, chicken biscuits, shakes, etc. I hit those up all the time. I also went to Ingas, AM Mart, and Akasha a lot.
