Misspelled “Celibacy” because that’s pretty much what driving that POS got you.
I left my wallet in the backseat of my GF's parents Celebrity.
That was uncomfortable...

Dodge Trucks. As soon as the warranty expired the transmission started slipping, the power steering fluid started leaking, the windows started falling (because you’re apparently not supposed to park the truck in the sun as it gets too hot) and I had to rebuild the front end. I’ve never had a bigger piece of shite in all my life. I went straight back to buying imports. Hot garbage.

My wife had an 05 Altima when we met. Massive pile of shite.

Don’t disagree but a factory tranny shitting the bed at 75k with maintenance done to spec is still a shitty tranny from the factory

It's funny to read people's replies because I guess all brands can have issues and some of it is luck as to what you end up with. Oddly enough the best vehicle I've ever owned was a mid/late 90s Dodge Dakota. Better than my wife's Honda Accord or any other vehicle I've owned.
I put 150k on it and never did anything but oil and air filter changes. It still had the original brake pads when I sold it. Granted, a decent amount of highway mileage.

Easy - 1975 Ford Maverick.
Me? I had an 8-track case with 8 one-ounce bags of weed. It went tumbling forward, snapped open and the bags all came out. I was able to throw them all back in the tape case just 3-4 seconds before the cop, a female, came over to my window to check on me. Whew! Too close to being fricked.
The car was totaled, though, so I didn't get to experience the fun you had with yours.

03 Land Rover Discovery. I had at least 5 different exhaust leaks right by the manifold that made it sound like a dump truck. Then after a couple years the body squeaked everywhere.

Chrysler Sirrus I think was what it was called. Late 90s or early 2000s can't remember exactly.
When I sold it for scrap it was going through a distributor a week roughly.
Them and the sebring non convertible had the same design flaw and where terrible. Got tired of dealing with it.

My mother’s Mercury Grand Marquis and the prior Crown Victoria she had. All of them garbage.

1998 Ford Taurus. At about 80,000 it started needing repairs right and left.
Have since had a Ford F150 and it’s done great.

Racked up a LOT of miles on these... WHEN they would actually start. If you got that far they would run forever.
Did it have one of those sketchy arse heaters in the middle?

1) I had a Datsun and 80’s Nissan Hardbody.
The Datsun I sold with 120,000 miles and it worked great.
Nissan 1980’s era Hardbody 4x4 still used at the hunting camp. Surprised it still works. The manual transmission and rear axle original. Those models you had drain plugs and i changed the oil in both every 30,000 miles. Did change the clutch at 240,000 miles.
Change the plug wires & plugs, distributor & rotar, pvc valve, fuel filter, and flush brake fluid every year
Now 1995 Nissan hardbody 4x4 with dealer aftermarket extras lift kit, leather interior, sun roof. It was a huge disappointment. Auto transmission cooler and radiator were 1 piece. I had 3 transmissions put in and qty 3, 1 piece radiators put in as the radiator would leak into the transmission cooler. Even though it was under warranty it put a bad taste in my mouth toward Nissan. What did it for me was the heater core leaked in the interior and damaged my leather seats. Nissan fixed everything the truck was not the same after that. They fixed it and I drove it to the Ford dealer selling it for a huge loss.
2) Landrover was really a bad buy. It stayed in the shop.

Funny (now) thing is that I bought a Maverick b/c a good friend of mine had an early 70's Mercury Comet (identical car rebadged), and it ran great.
