Because it is real. Real I tell you. Like OMG real.

I've noticed that it can trigger microagressions in me which can lead to a whole 'nother set of problems and frankly, I don't have the time to deal with those, except for posting constantly on Facebook updating my friends.

I did my own research and it appears that I am not alone.

They devoted an entire forum thread to it. Saying how terrible I am, how I shouldn't have kids, other things I won't repeat. They'll probably do the same with this post. So, since I know you're reading this, frick y'all.

For those that want to help and not make fun of or spew out negative comments, what are some things that can help? Because writing a novel on my Facebook status hasn't helped me.

1 glass of wine. Slows everything down and relieves stress. I can usually fall asleep not long after a glass or two.

I have both severely and I also smoke weed and weed is not always the answer. It can lead to alot of overthinking and alot of paranoia.

Getting off Xanax is worse than heroin per the medical detox community. Avoid benzodiazepines!

You're not alone. I have problems with sleep as well. Talk to your doctor to get stronger sleep meds.

Take a nap and learn to chill out.

Not everyone has the mental stability to raise their progeny. This appears to be one of those cases.

Maybe you should fan out a bunch of cash, take a pic, and post it on FB then tell everyone how you're on food stamps again.

Low dose Ativan from your general physician. Worked for me in 2010 when I was having some anxiety with my commute and stress. Was okay to drive/work/etc on that. It's milder than valium and xanax but takes edge off anxiety/panic attacks.
