What State Holds the Unique Distinction of Having

1. The Worst Drivers- Slow/Incompetent
2. The Most outdated/poorly designed Infrastructure (like having MULTIPLE "Expressways" being fully accessible with stoplights, excessive two-lane roads with no turn lanes/passing lanes)
3. The most outdated Traffic Engineering (Stoplight Synchronization is from the 1980's - It's routine to hit 3+ consecutive red lights on the "Primary Road"; many stoplights are based on a timer)
4. All Construction Projects taking at least four times as long as any other state
5. A major city with almost no winter preparation (Main Roads not cleared off for five days after a snow storm)
Why is it Kentucky?

Everyone thinks its their state. Everyone. My dad was a trucker back when that was a proud job to have, and if I cant remember if he said Houston, Dallas, or Atlanta was the worst but it was one of those.
Out of the two states ive spent a lot of time in, ive seen more wrecks in Louisiana but better road competency. Ive seen less wrecks but people are either tailgating retards or have no idea what theyre doing, and better road infustructure in west Florida.

Many of the shittiest roads I've been on have been up in North Dakota, mainly in oilfield areas. They at least have an excuse though with the brutal winters, the salt and all those heavy trucks driving on them.

Can't tell you how many times I've driven through dumb shite "bypass expressways" all over the state with 65mph speed limits & a red traffic light every 45 seconds

This is where everyone says their state has the worst drivers because drivers are universally bad

Imagine living in a city that's designed as a "spoke-and-wheel" for 400,000 people. Then, imagine a ring in the middle of the spokes, which was supposed to be limited access, but 40% of it is fully accessible (speed limit is 55 on the limited access portions). Then, imagine an expressway that was supposed to be an outer ring outside the city, but it's not even close to being finished (never will be), AND it's fully accessible, with stoplights. Additionally, imagine hitting 10 out of 13 lights on said "Expressway".
Also, imagine not having an Interstate going through the city, but only 10 miles North/East of the city.

I was here until his final point. Does Louisiana have little-to-no hardiness against Winter storms? Yes.
Does that matter in the grand scheme of things? No.
The rest of his points, how anyone would lose the "worst" spot to Louisiana would require a ton of effort and intentionality.

To be fair to him; Fort Meyers has got some of the most absolute arse “grid” layout that I have ever seen.
