Edwards political cronyism at its best but hey he got his casino licenses
And the mayor of Baton Rouge Tom Ed McHugh while a lot of southern cities grew and Baton Rouge did nothing with an abundance of resources at its disposal
Baton Rouge could have been like Austin, Charlotte Nashville and even Atlanta became a major city from where it was back in the 70’s

Sad thing is that there is no one face but the system that is in place — the Police Jury System and Parish Sheriff’s Association.
