Lane assist and collision mitigation are actively harmful. I will not buy a car that can't totally disable lane assist and turn collision mitigation down enough to effectively disable it.

Rented a Grand Cherokee that had this and it was damn distracting ….i don’t need flashers going off and my seat vibrating every time another car gets close. Spent 10 mins trying to shut that shite off.

Also, auto light bright/dim sucks. It never works right and will probably end up getting somebody killed by bright lighting every car you pass.

I hate the adaptive cruise control
I hate it 90% of the time. The only time I like it is in the rare circumstance I find another car going the speed I prefer and I latch onto them.

Our vehicles are 5+ years old so it’s probably much better now

I have a 23 Tundra and it has 3 different levels that it will keep you at. But you can get even closer as long as you put your blinker on. I don't like using a blinker but I do with adaptive since it will stop it from braking.

How high does yours sit? Mine is really low to the dash, but means that for basic things like speed, cruise setting, etc, it means I don't have to look as far down/completely away from the road to check them.

Most features.

Never use cruise control, I enjoy driving. Heated seats, lane assist, etc. Dont need power seats, do like power windows though.

But glad I have them on the vehicle, as my granddaughter does most of the driving. Safety features give me peace of mind with her driving.

Man me and you both. I want to do as little as possible when driving. And also be as comfortable as possible while doing nothing

Automatic idle stop, by far. I watched a youtube video about how to disassemble my dash/center console to disable the feature by disconnecting a wire. It was time well spent. That feature drives me crazy. And no, I do no want to press an on/off button every time I drive my car.

I only need power seats in my wife’s Yukon. I wish it recognized when I was the one jumping in the drivers seat versus her. I’m surprised I have not torn anything off her steering column or broke my kneecap as many times as I have banged it jumping in her sled! It is a nice option to hit the memory function and goes to right where I need it.

No. I'm the one doing 80-90 on the interstate and can instantly control my speed due to rapidly changing conditions. I'm not a slave to cruise control.

Wait, you actually did this? Please tell me it wasn't a Ford or a Lincoln.

No, it's a Honda. There is no way to change the default setting. Trust me, I did the research.
